An original production background from the Disney Studios animated Jiminy Cricket educational series, "You and Yours"/"I'm No Fool," that aired as part of the Mickey Mouse Club from 1955 until 1957. Featuring an elegant pink hued filigree pattern, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece represents an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears as the opening titles of "You and Your Food" (1957). Measuring 12.5"x15.5" overall, the background is in very good condition with a small chip on the right top edge and some minor tape stains.
