A ceramic figurine inspired by the Disney Studios animated classic "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" (1937). Featuring an adorable squirrel, the figure was produced by Zaccagnini of Florence Italy in the 1940s. Walt Disney entrusted Zaccagnini to produce sculptures at the end of the 1930s and they are masterworks in sculpture and artistry, often praised for their stylistic interpretations of characters and vibrant color usage. Figures by Zaccagnini are rare finds. Measuring 2”x3” and 3.75” tall, the squirrel is in very good condition with light wear from age.
